Your personal spending limit
The spending limit on your credit cards is set for you individually on the basis of the credit check. This determines the financial parameters in which you can use your Bonviva credit cards. The maximum spending limit available for the Bonviva Gold credit cards (including any additional cards) is CHF 30,000 per month. You will find your current spending limit displayed on your monthly statement.Please be aware that your credit limit will be changed in the event of any deterioration in your financial situation. This is for your own protection. By contrast, you can of course also have your credit limit increased in the event of an improvement in your financial situation.
Limit increase procedure
If your financial situation improves, your credit limit can be increased.If you have activated the Installment Facility card function or would like to activate this, simply apply for a limit increase via the Limit Increase Application Form.
We will review your application as quickly as possible and inform you in writing of our decision.
If you have not activated the Installment Facility card function and have no desire to do so, please call our Customer Service department if you would like your limit increased.
