Monthly Statement
Every month, you will receive a detailed monthly statement for your Bonviva credit cards. Use this statement to check your spending for that month quickly and simply. All the important details of the individual debits and credits are listed by purchase date or booking date, broken down according to expenditures for the main card (Bonviva American Express), second card (Bonviva MasterCard or Bonviva VISA), and any additional cards.Please note that, as the principal cardholder, you are responsible for checking the card transactions on your account as soon as you receive this statement. Any unclear or erroneous transactions must be reported immediately via the Complaint Form.
Paying Your Bill via Payment Slip
When paying your bill via payment slip, you have the option of paying the entire amount, or paying an amount of your choosing. This gives you greater financial freedom.You can obtain further information on partial payment in the Installment Facility section.
Paying Your Bill via DD
With an activated DD (direct debit procedure), the entire statement amount is debited directly to the bank account of your choice each month. No payment slip is dispatched with your monthly statement.The installment facility option is currently not available with DD. You can ask our Customer Service department to alter your mode of payment from DD to payment slip at any time if you want to take advantage of the installment facility.
